◎新风的作用
1、换气、除臭、除尘功能。取自高空的新鲜空气,经过滤、除尘、灭菌、加热/降温,加湿/除湿等处理过程,以较低的风速,从房间一侧送风口不间断送出,同个合理的气流组织,新鲜空气经过人的活动区域,带走人员活动产生的扬尘,气味等,从排风口排出,达到净化室内空气的目的。
2、湿度调节功能。有效调节室内空气湿度,使居室时刻保持干爽、舒适的状态,对西安冬季的干燥空气又加湿的作用。
3、节能。不用开窗即可获得新鲜空气,减少室内热损失,节省能源。
4、过滤有害物质。驱除室内装饰造成的可能长时间存在的有害气体。

3、电器材料准备
电线、信号线、开关插座及底盒、空气开关及底盒、穿线管、黄蜡管、线卡、防水电工胶等。
4、工具准备
1)机具:砂轮机、砂轮锯、手电钻、冲击钻。
2)工具:手锯、剪子 、活扳手、自制呆扳手、叉扳手、锤子、手铲、方锉、螺钉旋具等。
3)其他工具:墙体探测仪、水平尺、划规、线坠、小线、盒尺等。
◎施工工艺流程要点
1.根据施工图纸进行现场放线。确认墙体开孔位置,做出标记。
2.按照安装规范,进行丝杆打孔。(注意已有管道避让)
3.设备吊装,管道吊装。管道交叉,如空间不足,可以采用过梁器,尽量避免管道交叉情况
4.敷设线管,放线。电线在管内不应有接头,不应扭绞,管内应留有40%的空间,管内电线可随时抽动、换线。2.5m㎡线最多4根(仅指单根20线管)。
5.分支接头应在插座盒、开关盒内,接头接线在同一处不宜超过两根,线在盒内应有适当的余量。

施工要点:要求吊顶距离楼板尺寸为320mm以上,全热交换器顶部到楼板之间的保持一定距离,以免接触太紧震动产生噪音。吊装必须牢固水平,如带有出水口需要倾斜,安装全热交换器必须开检修口,一般尺寸为300cm*300cm,具体情况可以按照实际情况来确定。
